Health Fair/Speaker Request
Health Fairs & Community Outreach Ambassadors
Want to educate your employees, neighbors or other group members about breast health? Or, do you have a health fair you would like Komen Phoenix to attend? Our affiliate’s Community Outreach Ambassadors, a specially-trained group of dedicated volunteers, are available to speak to groups or to set up an informational booth at health fairs.
Our Ambassadors are knowledgeable about the most common issues that arise when breast health and breast cancer are discussed. Topics include breast self-examination, who's at risk and much more. The Ambassadors have video presentations in English and Spanish, breast self-exam cards, and other informational literature provided by Komen for the Cure.
