Nancy Brinker promised her dying sister, Susan G. Komen, she would do everything in her power to end breast cancer forever. In 1982, that promise became Susan G. Komen for the Cure^® and launched the global breast cancer movement that has changed the world.

The Phoenix Affiliate established the Circle of Hope^® annual donor program to honor this promise to create a world without breast cancer. Monies raised through the program funds grants to organizations providing:

• Programs for breast cancer screening services (mammograms, biopsies, ultrasounds, clinical breast exams) and/or treatment services (chemotherapy, radiation), with an emphasis on helping the medically underserved. 
• Multilingual breast health education and support.
• Breast cancer research
