Phoenix Affiliate Grant Program

The Phoenix Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure is a grant-making organization.  Our promise is to save lives and end breast cancer forever by empowering people, ensuring quality care for all and energizing science to find the cures.  As one of a network of more than 125 Affiliates around the country, the Phoenix Affiliate contributes to the Komen promise by awarding funds to not-for-profit organizations that provide innovative, non-duplicative breast health and breast cancer services directly to the medically underserved, uninsured, or underinsured. Up to 75% percent of net proceeds generated by the Phoenix Affiliate stay in Central and Northern Arizona while the remaining 25% funds the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Grants Program for breast cancer research.  Any not-for-profit organization that provides breast health and/or breast cancer education, screening, or treatment services, may apply for a grant from the Phoenix Affiliate. The services must be provided in one of the following nine counties: Apache, Cocnino, Gila, La Paz, Maricopa, Mohave, Navajo, Pinal and Yavapai.
